@Crossygasseg @MartinSLewis £5 a week now because it’s summer when Gas use is much lower & you pay for what you have used in real time.
People on DD pay for the annual usage divided by 12. In winter their bills will be lower than yours assuming they have the same usage. Not to mention the discount for DD.

@NatWest_Help The text size option in the settings app is already as small as possible. Between the smallest and largest setting there is only a tiny difference in your app and it doesn’t affect the height of each cell in the view either.

@NatWest_Help Also, it’s surely a privacy concern when anyone within 10ft radius can now clearly read the account balances because they are so ridiculously big?
This app is usually very well made with good updates so it’s strange seeing such a poor update.

@NatWest_Help Decluttering would be just removing the Pay/Transfer buttons so the screen is now only account balances.
What the devs have done here is nothing like that. To put it into perspective… on a 6inch screen I can see 3 useful bits of info. That’s not a good UI.

@NatWest_Help The latest app update is awful. Looks like it’s for people with bad eyesight. Before this I could see 5 accounts on one screen & each of them had Pay/transfer buttons. Now, the buttons have gone and replaced with empty space & huge numbers with only 3 accs visible.
