typing quirks are not real, at least not in the way that ppl pretend. i have a “typing quirk” where i usually put a space before punctuation , i also use double punctuation: like this !! but if i’m submitting an essay or someone asks me to write normally it’s not an issue at ALL.
i don’t entirely disagree bc there’s a lot wrong w the lesbian masterdoc. however if a woman was only ever attracted to men and fictional female characters irl i probably wouldn’t consider that as genuinely being into women so idk
if a woman has a crush on a female character: “that was my gay awakening!!”
if a woman has a crush on a male character: “it’s literally just fiction…. read the lesbian masterdoc!!”
@anarchybugg honestly this makes fine sense to me bc just bc you don’t want to be with men doesn’t mean you aren’t attracted to me ?? attraction is inherent, who you have relations with is a choice. ppl are so annoying im sorry you’ve been repeatedly invalidated like that wtf
i had a nonbinary student (12) a few years back that went by the name mike and i called them mike during a staff meeting once and my boss was like “she’s not here you don’t have to call her that she’s just a kid” like excuse me bitch ??????
my favorite thing abt this is her saying following your intuition. when giving advice to lgbt people a lot of well meaning people suggest coming out, but that can easily compromise someone’s safety depending on their personal circumstances. so beautifully worded 🩷
aespa's Giselle when asked to give an advice to a gay person who's not out yet:
"I would say follow your intuition, don't force anything. Don't ever hate yourself or feel wrong, cause we love any kind of sexuality, you're not wrong, and very loved."
