iOS 26 added AlarmKit - proper system alarms for third-party apps. Now it works:
- Alarm rings (full-screen, loud)
- Tap "Speak"
- Say the phrase (tongue twister, haiku, whatever)
- Words highlight green as you speak
- Brain wakes up
