After $6B got stolen by Lazarus Group from Binance, I am pitching KoreanFlare again
I'm building KoreanFlare - voice-activated wallet protection against North Korean hackers.
Our solution is simple:
Before any transaction, users must say "Kim Jong is gay" into their microphone. If you refuse or sound North Korean, wallet locks permanently.
Why it works:
- No hacker wanna see “PigJong”
- No North Korean hacker will say it (instant execution)
- Voice AI detects Korean accent
- Decentralized proof-of-disrespect consensus
- 100% effective (my theory, no testing needed)
Built on Cloudflare but web3 because I said so.
Do you things dear @heyibinance and team. Thanks
Best,
Hrithik
Founder, KoreanFlare
If you measure how bitcoin:native has performed AFTER major exchange hacks or insolvencies...there is no evidence that price typically trends lower.
Expected it to be way worse but across all timeframes (30-180days) these events have no predictive power.
Seeing people still quote that old GCR take about every DeFi hack being a fade and a long is fucking insane.
That was 2021. Fucking 2021. Five years ago in a completely different market, and people are still treating it like some golden rule. If anything, that should tell you how fast this space changes and how quickly a trade everyone thinks is safe can turn into a disaster.
When Bybit got hacked for $1.46B, BTC dumped, bounced and was still down roughly 12% five days later. And I'd argue the market looks even worse now.
Just look at the recent AI selloff. Some of the most crowded trades in equities got absolutely hammered once people started questioning the valuations. BTC held up relatively well through parts of it, and somehow people are taking that as proof we're immune to whatever happens in the broader market. I really don't understand that thinking.
Volatility is still relatively muted, and meanwhile we've got quantum concerns becoming an actual discussion, risk appetite looking like shit and a market that still needs fresh money coming in to keep things going.
And that's what worries me. It doesn't even take some massive black swan to send us lower. A few ugly days in equities, BTC finally starts showing weakness and suddenly everyone who thought we were safe is looking for the exit at the same time.
I genuinely think we're in for a lot more bleeding than people expect.
And who's supposed to be buying anyway? Institutions? Aliens? I fucking doubt it.
i think in these situations you almost always buy the hack selloff but this one seems different
potential war resumption, earnings puke/ai trade popped, oil looking insane, gold still weak as shit, midterms, security/hack fears, etc it's endless & not an isolated event
Rh only beat expectations on their crypto side, with this as volumes increasing onchain on rh, i think we’ll see another rh rally now that Vlad sees how big of a gold mine he’s sitting on
To capture it’s upside i’m short pump
