Before the first ever artificial economic shutdown in history called COVID starting in 2019 we were at 157.53 million jobs. Today we are at 161.02 million jobs.

Therefore, simple math, you've only gained 3.49 million jobs in total. The rest of your number comes from jobs that came back after reopening.
