@StagecoachEScot hi Stagecoach, x27 glasgow to Leven 17:15 - driver closed doors ( despite passengers there trying to board the bus) , left 3 minutes early. Called your customer services....they say the tracker states the bus left at 17:27 , it didn't!

@LumoTravel Hi Lumo ..by time train was reinstated I'd already purchased a replacement ticket with LNER , but managed on to the reinstated LUMO train. LNER( understandably) won't refund ..whst will LUMO do to compensate me. I've been advised that standard refund process won't cover it?
