True, but I think we've got nuclear handled. I don't want to do it because China does it, I want to do it because I think it's a crime we haven't been doing it for the past 50 years and I want clean, abundant energy. And I want China to lose the AI arms race, and we're not going to accomplish that with solar, or anything other than nuclear for that matter.

I'm becoming a big fan of these Small Modular Reactors. Mass produce them, and plug them into every power hungry industrial site. It's at least an attractive stop-gap to me while we build new plants.

China has something like 7 nuclear plants coming online this year, and another 20 next year I think we're the numbers I heard. We've got zero on both counts.

@WildComputers They get culled from the simulation when not in line of sight. Just like when you drop a tiny screw on the floor and it simply disappears. It reappears later 10ft away because of floating point imprecision.

@PinoAmericano 35" tires are exempt, but 33" tires, which are far more abundant, are not. $10 says in a few years 33" tires will cost more than 35's, which is just nuts.
