If you want to know why the rankings are stuffed with overrated SEC teams, it's so people can make disingenuous arguments like this. Mississippi State, Florida, TAMU, and Missouri have no business being ranked. but they crammed them all in the 19-24 range to make arguments like this.
He even threw in unranked South Carolina as "almost" ranked. When Mississippi State and Missouri play this weekend, someone is getting a ranked win, and the other is getting a quality loss. And thus the mythology perpetuates.
SEC = play fake tough schedules, get rewarded as if they're really tough (5 of 12 playoff teams last year, only 1 survived to the semis), whine incessantly about how it's not fair that other teams exist. Immune from results
You should need to punch somebody in the nuts for a red card to be issued. Or have it be a 5 minute penalty. But to lose a guy for the entire game is insane. We may have to go to war if we lose this screw job.
"I hate it, but I'll be the first to sign up for the 2028 Olympics and the next World Baseball Classic... I don't think I'm walking away. I guess I am, but I'll be back for the semifinals and finals to enjoy the moment with the guys." - Tarik Skubal
Buck Showalter: "There's no analytics to evaluate Steve Pearce... I'll give you an ex., Schoop is down for a day or two, getting tests done. I ask Steve 'you ever play 2B?' 'No. But give me an hour.' And he turned a double play that night. That morale boost can't be quantified."
Miami just got the biggest win of the Jai Lucas era. Canes down North Carolina in Coral Gables just three days after the Tar Heels beat Duke. NCAA Tournament team.
Major issue: Young people can't afford homes.
Dem and GOP bipartisan agreement: Eliminate property taxes *for seniors*, thereby both subsidizing empty nesters staying in big houses *and* shifting a larger fraction of the tax burden to young people!
GREAT SUCCESS!
