The "Cat” is a unique symbol for the Ukrainian people. One of security and safety. Since "Keith" sounds like "Cat" in Ukrainian, the Ukrainians have nicknamed my role as Special Envoy Kellogg as "the cat". When "The Cat" visits UKR, Russia pauses its strikes on civilians, giving them a few nights of peace. Ukrainian Defense Forces struck two oil refineries in Russia last night:

◾️Krasnodar oil refinery: it produces up to 3 million tons of light petroleum products per year (gasoline, diesel, aviation fuel), takes part in supplying Russian troops with fuel.

◾️Syzran oil refinery: processed up to 8,5 million tons per year by August 2025, produces gasoline, diesel, aviation kerosene, fuel oil and bitumen.
