@RoKhanna And, a huge number of mail-in ballot arrive AFTER Election Day (because they aren't mailed until Election Day), which is th equivalent of voting after that day. If voters want results by Election Day, they sorta need to VOTE by Election Day.

@RoKhanna 80% of Californians vote by mail, and the legal deadline for mailing them to the County is Election Day itself. No one should be surprised that unless those ballots have been received and prepped by election officials by election night, they get counted AFTER election night. 📷
