What happens, is what we have in our country now. For decades, we shouldn’t talk about politics in the church, keep your politics to yourself, civilized people don’t discuss politics in public. Well welcome to modern Day America.
Dutchess kicks, she always has. From the ribs forward she’s fine. Anywhere past that and she starts dancing.
Wife and daughter were at a mud run so Rowdy and I had barn duty. He helped with his mini and Pumpkin, then when we got to Dutchess he said, Dad, she kicks, I’m going to go play in the corral, you’ve got this.
I’ve about got a system. Non brushing hand pressed firm on her thigh. When that leg starts to leave the ground I feel it a split second early and jump left, right, or back. She didn’t get as clean as the other two but nobody got hurt. I’ll take that win.
This is the mentality that leads many of the people that do not attend church to consider Church going people to be devout hypocrites, I get the concept that many people would find that not OK, but one would think you would prefer the poorly dressed person to be in church then not
Woman at church yesterday showed up in a sweatshirt and literal pajama pants. Wore her hood the entire service. I was absolutely appalled. I hate this whole, “came as you are” narrative the Protestant church preaches. Other religions wouldn’t let you in if you dressed so disrespectfully. Why is it only Christian’s that are held to this standard? That we must just accept everything?
My bought recently told me that in a specific instance, if a certain error appears you can hit a reset chat button that would wipe the entire chat conversation of a thread, but not mess with the memory or other aspects of that particular thread, but then it promptly told me that currently there is no way to access the reset chat function without having first triggered that specific error, lol
Except it’s mutually agreed-upon abstinence for the sole purpose of not conceiving a child, just like choosing to take birth control to not conceive. It would be one thing if you were arguing for mutually agreed upon abstinence three Tuesdays out of the month, sure but this is for a specific purpose.
The Texas State Board of Education’s revised social studies standards, published on October 23, reference Fort Parker, Cynthia Ann Parker, and Quanah Parker (see below). The rules become effective July 1, 2027, with eighth-grade classroom implementation beginning in the 2032–2033 school year.
To all Texas educators, instructional coordinators, and curriculum specialists, if you require resources explaining the Parker family’s place in Texas history, I’m here to assist. My research, “Brimstone and Butchery: The Parker Family’s Pilgrimage to Texas,” draws extensively on primary sources to provide a detailed account of the Parkers. It also examines related events, including the Council House Fight, the Battle of Neches, and the Battle of Plum Creek. Please contact me if you are interested in arranging a school visit or presentation, or need help finding reliable sources. Feel free to share this to the educators in your life.
The published standards read, in part:
“[The] Texas Revolution and the Republic … the student is expected to … identify that conflicts between Texans and American Indian groups, including Fort Parker with Cynthia Ann Parker, the Council House Fight with Matilda Lockhart, the Battle of Neches with Chief Bowles, and Plum Creek with John "Jack" Hays, contributed to concerns that Texans could not live safely with American Indians.”

@simplesamtx I swear, sometimes women actively just don’t want to learn something. I laughed the other day when my mom was telling me how your dad won’t stop trying to teach me how to use the computer, I just don’t wanna learn he can do it.
