Going post-quantum isn’t just a cryptography upgrade.
ML-DSA-44 makes signatures roughly 38× larger than Retium’s previous signatures, which also changes the cost of moving data through the network.
@RetiumChain addressed that by batching signatures, using signed stream manifests, and caching wallet public keys.
Security changed the signature layer.
The network had to adapt around it.
Retium’s testnet is starting to feel less like a playground and more like a place people actually use.
1M+ transactions.
9K+ active wallets.
Whisk now live.
And the team is still refining things before mainnet.
What interests me most isn’t any single number.
It’s seeing all these pieces start moving at the same time.
🚀 One million transactions.
For the first time, the Retium public testnet has crossed one million transactions, with just over 9,000 active wallets.

@ActionModelAI The real question isn’t whether AI will keep learning from humans. It’s who owns the value created from all that human contribution. That’s where this model gets interesting.

Saw the Whisk announcement earlier, then went straight to testing Retium’s DEX.
Swap, liquidity, locking, and token deployment — all worked fine on my side.
Started with a swap and ended up trying pretty much everything.
@ActionModelAI Community competitions like this hit different when the people actually contributing get a chance to win too. Curious to see what the community comes up with this time
QWAP Discord is open!
When you join, you can claim one of two roles:
→ Qwapper: for QWAP community members
→ Qwabbit: a special role created with @QMSNetwork for Qubit holders in their Discord

@IOPn_io That “who you are, what you own, and what you run” part hits different. If those three can actually live on the same chain, the whole idea starts to make a lot more sense.
@ACIToken 41M staked before TGE is a pretty interesting starting point. Now I’m curious how much of this momentum carries over once the testnet phase is over
