I have many good things to say about C J David Maraga but one suffices. At the Court of Appeal, two Judges including the Presiding Judge had been compromised in the Pattni-Mutava appeal. I threatened to walk out. Maraga ordered me to remain. We lost the appeal but removed Mutava.
