@OwenBenjamin@grok The text alignment in the bubbles is not consistent. Spacing around the letters and the edge of the bubble is off. Hand created in a design program.
@BigginsInUSA@mr_scary@scotti_brooks Don’t take it too literally. These questions are just suggestions that work well not hard rules. Add your own flavor. Whatever works for you.
One way to reframe your thinking… if you’ve ever been to a doctors office you’re there for a problem. You’ll remember the doctor asks you questions like where does it hurt, for how long. The doctor is the expert that you trust. Once they’ve heard what you have to say they give a diagnosis which you probably don’t question. There’s not much of a difference with these techniques. You wouldn’t go to this doctor if you didn’t trust them. So in the same vein, you wouldn’t be joining a call like this unless you already trust who you’re consulting. You’re on the call to remove any remaining doubts.
The audience that would be joining a call like this has a need to solve something but maybe they aren’t the right fit. It wouldn’t be wise to take money from someone who isn’t serious about solving their issue. @mr_scary has the right response. Ideally the prospect is qualified even before they schedule a call. You shouldn’t be talking to those who are a poor fit in the first place.
When flying, pilots use an altimeter which is calibrated to the current air pressure in the area. Air pressure varies depending on altitude. In cruise these commercial airlines stay largely at the same altitude and are flown with autopilot. The airplane is constantly correcting for the correct altitude. Flat earth people lack a basic understanding of physics and additionally lack understanding of how airplanes work.
@chadmumm I had the opposite - as I had quit them for several months then started again. My RHR increased. I got the alert about a week after starting again.
@skryukov_dev Can my rails controllers render react in the same manner it would erb? Like how react router framework mode works or nextjs “use server” components
I love rails but having a lot of fun with typescript right now and more specifically writing a lot of react. Does rails have a nice solution for working with react for templating?
