🚨 मुंबई पुलिस आयुक्त महोदय से तत्काल कार्रवाई की मांग 🚨

विषय: टाइगर टाइगर लाउंज (Tiger Tiger Lounge), तिलक नगर पुलिस स्टेशन क्षेत्र में कथित अवैध हुक्का संचालन एवं अन्य गंभीर शिकायतों की निष्पक्ष जांच की मांग।

शिकायत है कि Tiger Tiger Lounge में देर रात तक कथित रूप से हुक्का पार्टी आयोजित की जाती है। साथ ही नाबालिगों को प्रवेश देने तथा अवैध नशीले पदार्थों के कारोबार जैसी गंभीर गतिविधियों के संबंध में भी लगातार शिकायतें प्राप्त हो रही हैं। इन शिकायतों के बावजूद अब तक प्रभावी कार्रवाई न होने से स्थानीय नागरिकों में चिंता और असंतोष है।

यह भी आरोप लगाए जा रहे हैं कि कई बार शिकायत किए जाने के बावजूद संबंधित अधिकारियों द्वारा अपेक्षित कार्रवाई नहीं की गई। यदि ये आरोप सही पाए जाते हैं, तो यह अत्यंत गंभीर विषय है और इसकी निष्पक्ष जांच आवश्यक है।

मांग:

Tiger Tiger Lounge पर तत्काल संयुक्त छापा मारकर जांच की जाए।

सीसीटीवी फुटेज, प्रवेश रजिस्टर, लाइसेंस, हुक्का संचालन से संबंधित दस्तावेज एवं अन्य रिकॉर्ड की जांच की जाए।

यदि नाबालिगों की एंट्री, अवैध हुक्का संचालन या किसी अन्य गैरकानूनी गतिविधि की पुष्टि होती है, तो संबंधित संचालकों एवं जिम्मेदार व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध कानून के अनुसार कठोर कार्रवाई की जाए।

यदि किसी अधिकारी की लापरवाही या मिलीभगत सामने आती है, तो उनके विरुद्ध भी निष्पक्ष विभागीय एवं कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए।
