Respected Sr. PI Ravindra Salunkhe Sir, Last night, repeated calls were made to the Police Control Room regarding the alleged operation of a tobacco/hookah service (CFS Nos. 37410688, 37410899, 37411106, 37411244 & 37411392), yet no effective action appears to have followed.

As already informed through official email, this matter has been forwarded to the Additional Commissioner of Police, West Region. I respectfully request a thorough, lawful and impartial verification, including inspection of hookah/tobacco materials, verification of Police, Trade and Fire Safety licences/permissions, and examination of relevant CCTV footage.

If any violations are found, kindly take strict legal action. Why has no strict action been taken despite repeated complaints? When will appropriate action be initiated, if violations are found? Every credible public complaint deserves transparency, accountability, timely verification and fair enforcement.
