Some top deathbed regrets.
I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
I wish I didn’t work so hard.
I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.
I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
I wish I let myself be happier.
Walk more.
I’m not saying going for a walk will solve all your problems, I’m just saying there’s almost no problem that’s going to be made worse by going for a walk.
I covered peptides a while back and I’ll do it again on the HLP because there’s a lot of updates but there’s also this guest episode with a MD expert in them for men and women: if you’re trying to get educated on peptides, may want to give it a listen https://t.co/QdW0PAZyWV
A father who worked at a water park snuck in after hours with his son to celebrate the boy’s 11th birthday in a special way.
Security cameras captured them swimming, splashing, and riding the water slides together.
Rather than firing him, the father’s boss showed understanding, explaining that they recognized his actions came from a genuine wish to create a lasting happy memory for his child.
Had an incredible conversation with @jayshetty for On Purpose. It was great to dive deep into so many things and to talk about Alzheimer’s awareness through my experience with A Road Trip to Remember
How to make sure you lay down tonight knowing you made the most of the day. Get sunlight in your eyes (early day), do 4hrs of focused work. If it’s not an off day, move some heavy (for you) objects in the gym, or get your heart rate up with movement for 30-60min. Laugh at drama.
