@DellCares It's frustrating that every time i have a hardware issue with your laptops; i am taken a wild ride of test the window resets to eventually be told that it's a hardware issue the tests never detected. After 2 months without a working laptop, my replacement alienware failed Again!

@Alienware @xdadevelopers 0 confidence in Alienware and dell tech support; laptop breaks 4 times in a raw (2 motherboards replaced); to finally be offered a replacement and then call back to hear that tech support had no idea about a replacement and that I likely don't qualify! 2 months no working machine

@Alienware Not sure i would recommend this to anyone... After 4 attempts to fix my under warranty laptop; and support suggesting an exchange... they act as if they had no idea what's the issue with my laptop and said I would likely not get an exchange! what a joke of a service alienware!
