The biggest clusters by far sit inside the Dallas–Fort Worth–Houston triangle.

It’s actually an energy map.

The visible layers are:

The invisible layer is the one that matters most:

And in Texas, the marginal megawatt feeding AI through 2028 is gas-fired.

That gas comes from the Permian.

So the real question is not who owns the AI models.

It’s: who owns the pipes connecting Permian gas to the Texas AI corridor?
