Superhealth is trading goodwill generated through a great experience for a moment of virality.

If this 'party ' doesn't disturb any admitted patients or eat into visitation hours, there's technically nothing wrong with it.

But just feels like a very unserious thing to do. There are other ways to drive marketing and publicity and still be serious.

Loved the Superhealth experience for myself , wife and most importantly my parents. Initial reaction at this was ick and irritation. But willing to understand.

Not in best taste. Not everything should be a trend. I think superhealth can be much more than that - but still not 'wrong'.

I wonder how these work out long term. The one in Udupi didn't renew the franchise. But took the first few years to learn business/SOP and build out a good customer base and then just did a simple rebranding. Same customers but much better margins.

Know similar examples in other industries that are non QSR.
