I don't think anyone will survive in the Gaza Strip in the end. Israel continues the massacre. This bombing is 500 meters away from my tent in Deir al-Balah.
I'm already hearing different thoughts about the arrests. Some folks are calling it a defeat for Iran or a crackdown on resistance politicians. However this is far from the truth.
The bulk of the arrested are independent politicians or former Sadrist and some Sunni politicians as well. The brother of Khamis al Khanjar who is supported by Turkey and Qatar has been arrested. The house of Al Halbousi was stormed, but he already left the scene before the forces arrived.
These are politicians who fall on the other side of the spectrum.
News has come out of the arrest of Farhan Al Fartousi who is a former Sadri and still held some unofficial power in the party.
There is a mix of arrests happening and the focus was not on the resistance factions, but held a wide range of politicians from different sections of Iraq's party's.
This is not to say that in the future Muntadhar Al Zaidi will do a crackdown on the resistance forces. This could very well be the case as he has shown to give concessions to America.
But in this moment and time that is not the case. In contrary most of the resistance accounts on here and from the politicians who fall closest to the resistance have welcomed this step.
Saddam in his foreign policy was literally the UAE of his time
He supported the Serb butchers in Bosnia, the Phalangist butchers in Lebanon, Abu Nidal in Palestine (a Yasser Abu Shabab of that era, who was only killing Palestinians & never Israelis), and the MeK cultists in Iran
After Trump's threats against Iran and its negotiators, the Iranian delegation walked out of the room - and despite repeated pleas, refused to return. This is how sovereign nations must deal with the criminal regime in Washington.
If this is implemented it means Iran threatens to sanction America if America doesn't sanction Israel.
In 1979 until he passed away Imam Khomeini was the holiest man to walk the earth after Imam Mahdi (ajtf)
“The government, not the people” is a repetitive, lame excuse repeated by nearly 2 billion Sunnis. They had no problem supporting or traveling to help destroy Syria, Iraq, and Yemen when it aligned with NATO’s interests. Notice how the lice-beard never brings up Syria anymore:
I'm just glad that this war coincided with Russian oil being sanctioned by the west. If Iran would have closed the strait and Russian oil was not sanctioned, the Russians would have flooded the market with their oil and made the closing of the strait ineffective.
The genocide in Lebanon is so large and so under reported that every member of the Shia sect in the country has had at least one family member martyred during the last 2.5 years.
This isn’t some post-apocalyptic movie scene.
This is what Israel is doing to Tyre in South Lebanon.
One of humanity’s oldest cities is being wiped off the map.
And US tax dollars are paying for it.
Israel has killed 3,637 people, wounded 11,188, including hundreds of children, and forcibly displaced over 1.2 million people in Lebanon. Hospitals, paramedics, and healthcare workers are regularly targeted.
The collective West fully supports the ethnic cleansing and extermination of the people of Southern Lebanon. Just as they support the ongoing genocide in Gaza.
