How to not waste 20k each month while gaining thousands of users:

When a new web3 company reached out to @NFTpreneurial for marketing help, I saw an all-too-familiar mistake.

Their plan: throw 20k/month at promotion to manufacture hype and users.

This cheap growth hacking may work elsewhere. But it spells failure in crypto's next era.

I started drafting a Marketing plan to have them as new clients. But talking with @NFTpreneur we both agreed on the downturn that would present this strategy.

"Is this company truly innovating? Or just riding the bull run wave?"

I realized then we continue on this route. Because despite fresh opportunities, many web3 newcomers are repeating past errors.

This company's technology could empower so many use cases. But first, they must fix foundational flaws and simplify their product for mainstream users.

Otherwise, any marketing blast would only waste capital and erode long-term trust.

Unlike last cycle's ICO mania, today's educated users demand real utility. Not just flashy publicity.

Before splashy launches, build a compelling brand and narrative that resonates. But also know that narrative means nothing without usable utility underneath.

Review your core offering through the lens of newcomers.
How can you simplify and enhance the user experience? Where can you add innovation that solves real problems?

With a smoothed on-ramp and intuitive utility, adoption can happen organically. Your reputation will grow from satisfied users, not paid promotion.

Resist the urge to race half-baked products out the door. Lay a proper foundation first. Get the technology right, then wrap it in a community-focused brand story.

The companies who do this will reap rewards for years to come. While those chasing quick hype will be forgotten when waves recede.

Take your time and build something that matters.
The strong brands and narratives of crypto's next era will be rooted in solutions that work from the start.

How a Newsletter could give you the idea for the next big thing in Web3...

When Building in Web3 sometimes it happens to focus too much on your work that you can't follow all the news and articles in real time;

that's why Newsletters are so good helping you get back all the relevant market infos that you might have missed.

During my daily reading in my Mailbox I get captured by @GiancarloChaux 's "Mint or Skipp" - he underline how these days pump in NFT projects is speculation coming from the pump of cryptocurrencies rather than an actual growing interest in what NFTs can bring.

It's a Traders pump with no new entries in the space.

Nothing new. Even tho, when this theory is supported by graphs and datas, it looks scary for those like me that truly believe in the usage of this technology.
I'm a huge fun of good Branding in Web3 as @pudgypenguins is doing and I'm in love with my @figuregot PFP cause of their visual identity,...

... but is it time to represent real value in each individual life?
I think YES!

Look at AI - it solved real problems so it spread rapidly. For mass adoption, Web3 must evolve the same way.

The Web3 narrative expect Gaming to take the flag of this technology and drag it to the top of the mountain.

I have to say it's highly probable cause of all the benefit NFTs bring to games.

Unfortunately... I'm not a good gamer.

Never been very good in videogames and I always limited myself to playing FIFA and some mobile games.

My Building power naturally shifted to things I played more as a kid: my imagination in battles of warriors and scientific discoveries.

That's why now I focus on Branding done properly creating an engaging narrative and Real life solutions for NFTs in projects or Businesses with purposes.

My invite isn't to invest or not in a particular niche.

✦ I want builders to create something that could be USED by the buyer.
✦ I invite Businesses to experiment new solutions with this technology that bring so many benefits
✦ I invite Brands and PFP projects to attach real use-cases to their collection for the community and the environment
✦and I want to put responsibility on the Creators' shoulders inviting them to direct the attention on opportunities to make the world better rather than quick money solutions.

I'm currently working on a Blockchain Solution for the Travel industry, but there are endless possibilities across industries for NFTs to add value and make life better.

I believe that Gaming can really bring millions of new users in Web3, but the world will continue to treat it as an internet/nerd thing until will be proven to be useful for everyone.

Something that for example AI has no problem in reaching because give everyone solutions to problem (there's so much to learn from these Robots @NFTpreneur ).
