@trayce @LIRR If I received the large coffee it would make sense to not get a refund. But I didn’t get peak service, they don’t even offer it on the weekends. So it would be like them knowing there is no large available, allow me to buy one, give me a medium and refuse the difference.

@LIRR This policy is absurd, if I go to the same coffee shop everyday for years and pay for a large coffee but receive a medium, they would gladly refund the difference/even give me a new coffee to keep my business. In this case you’re the only coffee shop so you do whatever you want.
