🚨 CALLING ALL STUD DEFENSIVE LINEMAN🚨

There will be two sessions of meaningful work at the DL camp!!! The first session is all about run destruction. You have to EARN the right to rush the passer. Below are the listed drills we will work that have led us to be #1 in rushing defense in our league this past season.

Session 1- Run Destrustion:
- Eplosion sequence: Hand-Strike, Hip extension strike, shock & shed, pop up explosions
- Hand replacement competition
- Snap and Crawl
- Lateral Sequence: Lockout drill, reach & shoot, Steering wheel (anticipate/react), turnout
- Punch, Shuffle, Punch sequence
