i would suggest to the Department take strict action against to the Amazon, i am not only case like this there suppose so many case. that amount may be small for them but big for me. Hope Dept will help me out.

Dear sir, i have purchased one thing from you on 20th July. and on same day i have booked for return, which they 1st send me on 27th July then 2nd Aug. then 11th Aug but they didn't picked up.
Every time i spoke to customer care they said once 3 attempt will finish we will raise your refund. today when i called to CC they said now we have to raise another pickup request which will be on 14th Aug, if again it fail we will try to give your refund.
This concern I have chat with customer care twice, they told me that we will update in process for pick up. Till date it is not updated and picture.
I would request consumer forum to help me out

we were traveling to Baroda from Ahmedabad, there are three entry points from ahmedabad side, one is main and other two are from Ahmedabad Ring Road, we entered from ring road and exit to Baroda, Rs. 130 deducted.
