@akepps I agree that three miles isn't a super long distance, but for a walking tour, probably more than some people are expecting. So just make sure the distance is in bold print!

@rebecca_decker Or option 3, they have a partner who is helping to make up the difference. I started maxing out my 401k when I lived in Buffalo making less than $45k/year. (But we were also quite frugal, one very old car for two people to share, etc.)

@rebecca_decker You can put the washing machine on a riser so it's not sitting directly on the ground. That's what I did when I had a basement that liked to flood in Kenmore. 😊
