@LauraLeeActor @Pappiness Honestly, I thought it was common knowledge in the industry; there’s 160,000 members in SAG, and I’ve definitely known people who stay current and aren’t actively pursuing work. Perhaps there’s a better statistic to be had that would better serve the cause, is all I’m saying.

@Chevonne_Hughes @Pappiness I understand that, but my understanding is that there is a large % of SAG membership that is not actively pursuing roles and simply maintaining their membership, which makes the quoted stat a bit misleading, is all I’m saying.

@Pappiness Honest question for clarification, doesn’t SAG have a significant percentage of members who don’t work regularly,/aren’t actively pursuing roles? So, that would inflate the perception of the percentage of members who don’t qualify for health insurance.
