This is insane. I remember when 1 PR Review would use about 10% of my 5 HOUR LIMIT. Previously I was getting ~50 PRs Reviews a week and now it’s like ~15? Plsfix

@EE I’m a @1pMobile customer and the connection/mast around N14JX has been down for OVER A MONTH. Means I get NO INTERNET in my street. 1pmobile wont raise a ticket because it’s “with EE” and theres an internal ticket raised apparently. Nothing on your website. PLS FIX

We wasted 5+ hours on the with Qantas and they had no idea what was happening. Amex confirmed our cards/payments to Qantas were valid. Qantas said they would honour the original price but didn’t. No proper apology, no explanation and no compensation from Qantas.

Don’t bother booking flights on the phone with @Qantas. They will make the booking, then days later screw up the payment multiple times, ask you to call back and then increase the fare by £500. They don’t care how they treat you. Terrible customer service

@EtihadHelp Hello. Was wondering if “travel is restricted by government regulations and the guest is unable to travel, they are entitled to a full refund” - does that include travel to Australia for a non-Australian passport holder that fails to get a travel exemption?

@qatarairways @qrsupport for flights to Australia it says “If you need to change your plans within 3 days prior to the original travel date, rebooking fees, taxes, no-show fees and the fare difference apply”. Does this include testing positive on pre-flight PCR test?
