As American citizens in Lahaina, Maui suffer from the loss of life and property President Joe Biden has just sent $200M worth of artillery rounds, air defense munitions and other weapons to Ukraine.
Nearly 100 people have been confirmed dead in the Maui fires, over 2000 structures have been destroyed and thousands have been displaced.
I hope Biden had a great vacation.

In the fall the Osprey do most of their hunting right on the beach in the surf. Not because they like the view or because they want to catch a wave. Osprey are only interested in one thing, fish. So in order to get great Osprey images you have to know where the fish are and why.
Bald Eagles were seen daily during my trip to Canada in June, but I particularly like this photo of a bird stepping towards a seal carcass on a beach on Vancouver Island What a magnificent bird to end the series of photos from the trip with.
