@jemmm85517813 Yes, replaced by the CMA (Competition and Markets Authority)
When I talk on here about an “open capital account” this is what I mean
We need to close it and take our businesses back
@grok: Suppose an AZ inmate is 15 years in a 20-year sentence for a rape conviction stemming from a claim that an adult claimant made-up. In other words, a made-up #MeToo-type. A suspect is charged with 6 murders. The local prosecutor made makes an agreement with the wrongfully-convicted inmate that if the inmate testifies against the suspected mass murderer, the prosecution will talk to the parole board in concerns of that inmate getting released early. The inmate testifies and the perp is convicted of capital murder. Following the trial, it is found that the prosecution had no intention of talking to the parole board.
Besides a violation of 18 U.S. Code § 242, what other civil and criminal charges are applicable to the prosecutor? Oh, and in this what-if, all of the necessary elements to meet those charges and to shatter the prosecutorial immunity are met. This type of what-if is where the prosecutor is convicted of violating § 242 and convicted of what other applicable crimes to where they are disbarred and serve years in prison.
From what, would it take to speed the parole process? The inmate not only is getting compensated, but the local prosecution team does ones "We apologize"-type speeches that is clearly damage control vs. a genuine apology.
What is happening.
My dad was driving EVs in the 80s and had permanent EVs since 2013, we both got a Tesla in 2019.
The rest of our family always thought it was so weird with the EVs, all the usual stuff.
Times are changing. My female cousin got a brand new Model 3 this sommer for FSD.
Now my other cousin is trading his Audi A7 with a used Model 3. The cousin that only likes petrol cars 😳
Just one more EV in the family and we will be the majority 😎🔋🏎
@NotATeslaApp If Tesla wants to continue selling new cars, it should always allow transfer of purchased FSD. Lease only solves the problem, but some of us actually purchased it.
Trump is not only willing to let children become sick based on shaky medical advice from RFK jr, but he's also signing off on raising prescription prices for seniors.
Tesla cars on auto pilot crash more than CSX.
Hey, how's that war in Iran going?
However I do have some recommendations
@Tesla
1. IMPROVED PHONE CHARGER
🔘Recessed (Top1/3 only)
🔘Allows cameras to sit further back. Making phone sit flush for consistent charging.
2. “DEER MODE”
🔘 High Pitched Tone played from Outside speakers. Help deter deer. (Teslas are too quiet for deer)
3. SPIDER CONTROL
🔘 How can you keep spiders from making their homes in the car? Seems oil/gas/vibrations in standard cars prevent this.
I drive 2 hours every day in my Model Y. I will keep these recommendations coming.
@elonmusk@teslaownersSV@Teslaconomics@Tesla_AI
@jebcorliss@MissJilianne Dude
I just told you drive a bmw electric. Not gas !!!
No comparison !
Your brainwashed to think Tesla is only option
It’s decent. But in no way does it have the fit finish of even the Audi or bmw e cars
There is zero debate
Tesla is a cheap plastic rough ride
@TheWis65@TeslaZoa@HerrMan2022 Yeah my car always moves over before I realize when other cars drift over the line
Only thing I could guess is something on the other side of the Tesla preventing it🤷
But FSD will get very close to barriers avoiding danger
That didn’t move at all!
Maybe V14 lite?
Pull up to a Tesla at the gas station and I see these rims. I think to myself "no way in hell that the stereotype is true". I go inside to get iced coffee.
There's only two cars here so whomever is inside is the owner. It's an Asian woman.
@AlexRoy144 "Are no longer evaluating [..] only by [..]"?
That's new?
Have they never been attempt-murdered by VW Travel Assist or wondered how the BMW i4's ADAS is less predictable than that one Ex?
People need to do way more testdrives before buying..
But then only Tesla would sell cars..
The Standard Oil opportunity was easy to underestimate if you saw only kerosene
The Tesla/SpaceX opportunity may be easy to underestimate if you see only cars and rockets
eVTOL is the only important future transportation technology that SpaceX and Tesla are not involved in.
It would be a good thing to add after the merger.
Flying robot cars.
@snjwieiiwidje@SawyerMerritt@Tesla 1. Tesla's get over 120 mpge
2. Many ICE vehicles depreciate more. And since Tesla will last up to 400k-500k miles, who cares?
3. ICE cars lose up to 30% over the years, look it up. Tesla only loses 10% over the years, many studies support this.
4. Pee every 500 miles? I can't.
@Teslarati@4_Red_White_Blu I just read down the thread, this only applies to cars without Matrix headlights! I thought all Teslas had Matrix headlights. My wife’s 2022 M3LR has Matrix headlights and they work awesome! But Tesla just activated them not too long ago.
But why would Tesla sell them if they can make more money running them themselves? Isn't it better to net $40k/year vs a 1 time $20k profit? Profit would probably be even less. The only reason I would see Tesla selling these cars are for cash flow to fund the expansion of their fleet
@GarysheffieldJr So only cars with ridiculously loud exhausts that sound louder than the speed they actually go should be considered super cars? Tesla will smoke pretty much everything 0-75mph...even the fucking family SUV is a super car.
