Just argued with my friend of 38 years for an hour about soccer. He said he doesn’t like soccer because the chances of a team coming back from 2-0 at half time is negligible. Even asked Google, which gave him a 2% probability at best. I argued about momentum, complexity etc.

Being a founder in 2026 is about AI literacy.

It’s one thing to have the vision, to create value by leveraging deep domain expertise with AI — making systems & processes etc. to solve business problems.

But when it hits the fan, you rely on AI literacy to create solutions
