Horrible customer service. I order frequently from your online store. I recently received an item that has 2 brown stains on it. I contacted customer service and was advised that I'd have to return the item. I said that's fine will you be scheduling a pickup with UPS.

Disgusting cust care. No email id to get in tch wth. Scammers accost on WA with promise of refund sending google forms asking card details incl CVV number. No refund given whn a prepaid product is not delivered wth out a reason. Shameful
