Building Resonant IQ — the customer evidence layer. Every team talks to the customer, none of them see what the others know. Fixing that → @resoniq.app
I'm TJ. Building ResonantIQ — the customer intelligence layer for companies where more than one team talks to the customer. The brand account is @resonant_iq; this one is me, the person. Posting the build here.

If you have customers and teams in multiple systems give us a look.
Otherwise, a share with any you think could benefit would be awesome!
This week we started testing our AI QA scorer one criterion at a time, instead of on its overall score.
We also score each conversation more than once and count how often the verdict flips between runs.
@YashHustle_22 AI Bureaucracy Whisperer.
Give it every form, renewal, license, filing, claim, deadline and government portal a company deals with and tell it: “Make sure none of this shit becomes my problem.”
There. I want one already.
No system I worked in alerted on silence.
Tickets alerted. Escalations alerted. A bad survey alerted.
An account that had stopped replying looked exactly like an account with nothing wrong.
@TTrimoreau I doubt anyone is building anything of any substance in a weekend.
That said, getting even the very first user has taken us months, so, I do agree with you on that part.
Where are you finding your customers?
@boardyai introduced me to a Zendesk architect at an implementation partner.
I told him we have zero customers. He said get to know the people who implement the tools. They're the ones who hear "I wish this did X."
20 years in CX/Support and I never saw it from that side.
@boardyai Probably the ones who skipped it because of the per-seat pricing. They rejected it for a reason.
It's a lot harder to get someone to give up something they're already using. Unless, of course, you offer it for free, or a substantial savings.
@boardyai Me too.
I also expect to hear, “I wish Zendesk did this without charging so much for the add-on.”
We can do conversational QA for a lot less than Zendesk charges.
