إِنَّمَا جَزَ ٰ⁠ۤؤُا۟ ٱلَّذِینَ یُحَارِبُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَیَسۡعَوۡنَ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَسَادًا أَن یُقَتَّلُوۤا۟ أَوۡ یُصَلَّبُوۤا۟ أَوۡ تُقَطَّعَ أَیۡدِیهِمۡ وَأَرۡجُلُهُم مِّنۡ خِلَـٰفٍ أَوۡ یُنفَوۡا۟ مِنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ ذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ لَهُمۡ خِزۡیࣱ فِی ٱلدُّنۡیَاۖ وَلَهُمۡ فِی ٱلۡـَٔاخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِیمٌ﴿ ٣٣ ﴾

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِینَ تَابُوا۟ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن تَقۡدِرُوا۟ عَلَیۡهِمۡۖ فَٱعۡلَمُوۤا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورࣱ رَّحِیمࣱ﴿ ٣٤ ﴾

The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and run about to spread mischief in the land is this; they should be put to death or crucified or their alternate hands and feet should be cut off, or they should be banished from the land. This is the disgrace and ignominy for them in this world and there is in store for them a harsher torment in the Hereafter.

Except those, who repent before you have power over them for you should know that Allah is Forgiving and
Compassionate

جو لوگ اللہ اور اس کے رسول سے لڑتے ہیں اور زمین میں فساد برپا کرنے کے لیے دوڑ دھوپ کرتے ہیں، ان کی سزا یہ ہے کہ انہیں قتل کیا جائے یا سولی دی جائے یا ان کے ہاتھ اور پاؤں مختلف سمتوں سے کاٹ دیے جائیں یا انہیں زمین سے جلاوطن کر دیا جائے۔ یہ تو دنیا میں ان کی رسوائی ہے اور آخرت میں ان کے لیے بڑا عذاب ہے۔

بجز ان لوگوں کے جو تمہارے قابو پانے سے پہلے توبہ کر لیں، تو جان رکھو کہ اللہ بخشنے والا مہربان ہے۔
