We are writing as fans who were eagerly waiting for the LYKN VIP benefits / packages to go on sale today (January 29, 2026) as previously announced.

Many of us accessed the ticket page right at the scheduled time (20:00 CET), and were successfull in getting some benefits. But a countdown timer immediately appeared stating that the sale was postponed to tomorrow, thus we weren't able to confirm our purchases. Shortly after, Envol Prod tweeted an announcement confirming the postponement to tomorrow. We trusted this update and prepared accordingly.

However, that tweet was later deleted, and without any further explanation or new announcement the some VIP benefits went on sale unexpectedly. As a result, most fans who followed the official postponement notice were unable to purchase anything. Furthermore, when trying to purchase the tickets, a statement tells us to wait and update our browser, which puts us back in the queue with no access to the tickets.

This sudden change, lack of communication, and deletion of the official update has left many international fans disappointed, frustrated, and without the opportunity to secure the VIP benefits we had planned and budgeted for.

We kindly but urgently request:

- A clear and detailed explanation of what exactly happened (why the timer/postponement appeared, why the tweet was deleted, and why the sale proceeded without notice).
- Transparency on the decision-making process and any technical or other issues that caused this confusion.
- Information on whether any measures will be taken to address the fans who missed out due to following the official postponement announcement (ie: re-release of some benefits, priority access, or other solutions).
- If new tickets will go on sale tomorrow.

We urge you to take this matter seriously and with professionalism as we are currently being left with no answers and clear communication.

I’m not excusing everything he said in his livestream… but some of the quotes floating around today are actually being misreported.

He *did not* compare gay sex to animals. He was talking specifically about 'knotting' inside the fictional omegaverse - which is the genre his new series is set in. That is not the same thing.

On the money comment: the Thai phrase for earn money is similar to 'cash grab'; his original meaning was that he’s grateful he can make a living from acting now. That’s totally different from sayi he's 'just using fans for money'.

It’s completely fair to hold him accountable for things he actually said. It’s *not* fair to hold him accountable for distortions.

There have also been past accusations that ended up being proven false - which shows how quickly narratives can run away from the facts.

Critique is fine. But it should be based on verified information, not mangled rumours.

Accuracy first. Then judgement.
