@AvantiWestCoast Hi Ross, I made a mistake booking an open return on the 7th of October rather than the 17th. I sent an email to you explaining this immediately after booking on the 6th but have heard nothing since and cannot amend/refund on the app or website. I haven't printed the tickets FYI.
