@benlovejoy Doesn’t seem to work from Germany, guessing that means all of the EU member states.. or I got some messed up combination of settings that make your steps not work it’s a beta after all..
@ditheringfm re AR QR Code change in iOS 15. I noticed it in an early beta and loved it. I can reach the link so much better than the iOS 14 style notification at the very top of the screen. One handed vs two handed use for me
@marcoarment If you are still looking for ceiling lamps, I kinda like the style of this one for my home office:

It has this circuit style and if you put 8 bulbs in there, even if it's Hue, it will get quite bright! Especially if you have 2 ceiling fixtures

There are some questions about what the neural engine, ISP, etc. would do in a MBP, especially if you have 2 or 4 of them.
But the A*X Socs already support Metal, so lots of graphics running on a Mac today should work on Arm as well, right?
In a MBP with a 100Wh battery, they could probably clock the A*X higher than in an iPad Pro, so it should have an even bigger advantage vs. Intel. And still achieve a much much better battery life!
#askstacktrace Apple used to ship multiple CPUs e.g. in Dual-Xeon Mac Pros. Could they do the same with A-Series? Single Core is already better than Intel. Have you ever seen a hint for this during spelunking?
@Erdayastronaut Not sure about going the max speed for a long time, but that's probably less common, even over here. Going 200 km/h a Model 3 should be able to handle just fine! :)
@Erdayastronaut I love Tesla and their mission! But as a German I must say, on the Autobahn the sustained power is actually an important feature for every day driving as well! It's common to go 200+km/h on your commute if traffic allows.
@Erdayastronaut The Taycan is probably designed for Germany more than the US.
Another point that seems to get overlooked by most people is the starting price. They only announced the performance versions so far. The standard version will launch next year around $90k.
The podcast gets paused on the iPhone but maybe it's at the same time sending a play/pause signal to the Mac and thus starting to play something in the background.
@siracusa when I get a call, it rings on my iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac, etc.. When I answer it on my iPhone, video that's paused in some background window/tab in Chrome on the Mac will start playing.
I have not investigated further because those circumstances rarely align. It might be, that I'm listening to Overcast on the iPhone via the new AirPods and answer the call by double-tapping the AirPods.
