@AdobeCare I found the phone number somewhere other than your website and the human customer service was fine. That website design, robot chat and new underhanded early cancellation fee is unethical. It's just stealing money from people.
I have never seen more hostile and evasive customer service than on @Adobe . There IS no customer service. After 10yrs as a loyal, lone, low income customer, shelling over $ i can't afford to spend, i am appalled. Massive cancellation fee suddenly. your robot will not give me a #
@stevewetherby@Adobe I found the number on the internet. Fine customer service from human person. That website and robot chat can go absolutely trip on their own shoelaces. Also the new, shrouded "early cancellation fee" policy is pure robbery.
