I will be soon closing this account down and leaving only a stub to prevent people from squatting my name. If you would like to stay in touch then email me at [email protected].
Been researching image related stuff, coding and writing all day so I need a couple hours break. I'm doing a Fallout 4 Melee only playthrough that's a lot of fun. Come watch my character die a lot:

Stupid @Zendesk charged me again yesterday so I had an email fight with Pablo, the guy who made the UI. You wouldn't believe the _insane_ lies this dude tells. Here's the reasons he's given for why my cancellation didn't work:
1. "You're paid through to 6/23." WTF?! Ok, first it's 2024. Second, if I'm "paid through" that means _I don't get charged money_. Third, I fucking canceled, which means it's canceled, not "canceled but not because paid through to a date in the past."
2. "It's user error!" Yes, it's my mistake that the weird Zendesk cancellation UI that had multiple pop-ups, grayed out buttons, forced reloads, and even after I ploughed through all that _still failed to record my cancelation_.
3. "You're the only person who's ever had this problem." Bullshit, I'm not using some weird OS or Browser. Plain old Chrome on Windows which is like 80-90% of the internet. If I'm having a problem with your UI then there's an extremely high probability many Zendesk users have the same issue.
4. "You just don't understand our database schema!" Yes, I just didn't understand their weird account/instance setup they have on the backend that I can't really even see and nobody understands. So, in addition to this being my fault for not using the grayed out buttons with forced reloads UI, I _also_ am guilty of not knowing their database and devops structure.
This company needs to die in a blazing hot fire. Let me now if _you've_ been scammed by Zendesk and if I'm allowed to quote you in the impending blog post.
I'm live now, hacking on my C++ roguelike game. Come hang out if you need a coworking buddy, or if you have questions come and ask.
But don't ask me why I'm not using Rust. You will regret it.

I'm live now doing some C++ hackery. Currently playing some metal but will probably change it up to something else soon. I'm going to treat it as a kind of "coworking stream":
https://t.co/vRZfRiWzgk
[SCHEDULE] I'm still working through taxes and other BS today so just one stream today (https://t.co/a41VlARWo9):
* 4pm -- Going to do a bit more cleanup then work on fixing the map generation for my roguelike game. Once that's done I'll investigate using SFML for advanced graphics like camera shake.
I'm live now doing some fun hacking on a tiny roguelike for my C++ course, and just because it is a _blast_. Come hang out and lurk if you need something for your second monitor while you code:
https://t.co/vRZfRiW1qM
I'm streaming my work on a little roguelike game:
https://t.co/vRZfRiW1qM
For those of you who don't know what Rogue is it's a game that uses terminal text characters.
For those of you who do...how your joints? Mine are killing me sometimes, like if it rains.
I'm live doing some C++ hackery on a roguelike demo for my C++ course. I'm going to continue with using Dijkstra maps to produce the generative map for the game, then clean things up:
https://t.co/vRZfRiW1qM
Getting started early on today's programming/help stream because I'm really into the project. Today will be some algorithm stuff and some refactoring work, and I'll answer questions people have about other languages or problems:
https://t.co/vRZfRiWzgk
Schedule time once again people. Yesterday I got a good start on the map for the roguelike game, and actually played Turing's Tarpit while working on it. Here's today's (https://t.co/a41VlARoyB) stream schedule:
* 4pm -- I think I need a bit of Turing's Tarpit work, then more on the roguelike map system.
* 10pm -- Back to the roguelike map, and if it's finished we'll make an enemy chase us around.
Hope to see you there. It's a fun time.
And I'm live, for as long as this weak hurricane allows it. I'll be working on the next piece of a roguelike the map generation. I'll also be playing the other game I'm working on Turing's Tarpit while I work on this one. It'll be fun.

Alright everyone, I'm going to try to stream more hacking on my Roguelike https://t.co/zC3X4sYklZ but, there's a hurricane coming and the power keeps going out so no promises it lasts long:
https://t.co/vRZfRiWzgk
I am now live everyone at https://t.co/vRZfRiWzgk It's kind of a research session. I'm going to look into:
* Writing a pixel backend for FTXUI.
* Font rendering engines.
* Dijkstra's algorithm for rogue maps
* Playing sound in a terminal game
* And possibly, maybe, Lua.
Kind of tired and not really able to paint or code so I'll just play some Valheim before I hit the sack. I'm in the plains biome fighting things for resources so I can get the max armor and weapons for the real goal.

Hello beautiful people, I've had a late start to work but here is my https://t.co/a41VlARWo9 stream schedule:
* 4pm -- I'm going to do a bit of C++ on a thing that basically just implements a local "re-streamer". I'll use what I've learned so far to implement it, then probably work on Turing's Tarpit some more.
* 10pm -- Maybe do some oil or pastel painting tonight. I'm feeling the itch. Probably a self-portrait.
If you're around, come on by and hang out. You can also ask questions about any other language, not just C++.
Demo of Turing's Tarpit so far. I need a few more sounds and possibly one more image, then I'll work on the pomodoro timer part and more advanced mechanics.
Tonight's programming session on Twitch was hilarious. I did these images for the game when you are building, the build succeeds, the build fails, and you die. Way better than my hand drawn attempts. I'll post a reply with a demo video of the game so far...
Morning everyone, I'm live doing some C++ programming on my little game Turing's Tarpit. This session is going to be mostly about cleaning and tightening up what I have already. Come hang out, and ask me questions about anything:
