@RealPostFolder It is a note & not a text message. It is meant to be personal yet within boundaries. The teacher knew the parents would see it too. Not weird. My daughter's teacher sent her a note like this a few years ago, and my she has kept it as a memory of a teacher who believed in her.

@ARamblingRoyal They did have a name. It was Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, but it sounded too Germanic after the war, so it was changed to Windsor by George V in 1917. Battenberg, was too Germanic, so they changed it to Mountbatten in 1917.
