An Update on Backers, Founders and Team Tokens

After 3 years of building, today is an update about our $SIPHER tokens and the road ahead.

First, some context: Our team and seed backers have not unlocked our tokens even through the most challenging times since 2021. This commitment speaks about our belief in what we're building for, a revolution. But as a founder who's been through one cycle now, I understand the importance of clear tokenomics and communications.

So here's our plan moving forward:

Seed Round Backers in 2011
Vesting starts end of December 2024, followed by the next 18 months linearly. That's ~0.6% vesting per month.
First Unlock only starts upon the Estimated Global Launch of Sipher Odyssey in March 2025.

Founders & Team: Structured & Performance-Based Unlocks
Vesting: Nothing has vested since 2021. 25% of the Max Supply will be vested monthly over 24 months starting in April 2025.
Base unlock: Only ~5 % for the first year unlock & 20% for the second year unlock (out of 25%) of founders & team tokens monthly.
Performance tier vesting & unlocking: An additional 0.1% (out of the 25%) immediate unlock for every $100M in FDV growth.
First unlock starting in April 2025.

Personal Commitment
No I’m not leaving to touch grass or be an advisor. I haven’t allowed any tokens to be vested until we ship something of value!

Today, I'm further committing the founding team stakes.

50% of founders allocation will be relocked. 8.8% will be relocked for another 2 years starting in April 2025. Why? Because I genuinely believe we're just getting started and we're here to build greatness.

Think about it - we're shipping Sipher Odyssey globally, launched FUNKI CHAIN - an L2 designed from the ground up for AI & Human gaming interactions, kick off alpha ProtoGaia, launching SIPHER AI PROTOCOL and so much more.
These aren't just products; they're the foundation of something bigger, an attempt to give AI multi-dimensionality.

We didn’t just jump on the AI bandwagon, but instead we have built generative AI product that won award since 2023. The time is perfect to be building at the intersection of AGI - AI X GAMING X INFRASTRUCTURE.
