A while back, my ex-husband needed someone to drive him home after a colonoscopy because of the anesthesia.

Somehow, despite the divorce and all our history, I ended up being the chosen chauffeur.

Y’ALL!!!

So there I was, sitting in the waiting room surrounded by concerned wives, husbands, and family members while this man was in the back preparing for one of the most humbling procedures known to mankind.

At one point, another woman sitting nearby smiled at me and asked,

“Waiting for your husband?���

And I don’t know what came over me, but I laughed and…..
