Working on my data visualisation skills - In time for the election I've mapped voting data to an SA2 level in an attempt to see variation within electorates. Hope you like it! #auspol#Election2025 https://t.co/4v7J6Prmkm
@samanthamaiden @DrKate_Miller @amapresident@samanthamaiden - you've cleared never worked a night shift as a junior doctor being abused/spat/hit by patients & families. Our medical knowledge is constantly questioned (fair enough) - just look at what your employer published during the pandemic on a grand scale.
New paper with @IntensiveDave using @anzics APD - adjusted survival has improved over the last 15-years for patients admitted to ICU post Vascular Surgery. Another use of this excellent database.

Today I introduced my bill to ensure equal access to health services in the public system, free from religious ideology. Here's some examples of why we need this bill. 👇 #NoRightToRefuse
@_SharonThornton@DoctorYota @Fly_texan @IsabelJHanson @brookmanknight Unfortunately the issue Sharon is if incentives aren't offered junior doctors simply won't become GPs, and will pursue other specialities. In this case the main victim is the community, who lose access to who is arguably the most important healthcare professional in the system.

Why have you placed the Liberal Democrats above the Animal Justice Party and Reason Australia on your how-to-vote card for the Victorian Senate? Keen to understand more as a Macnamara resident.

In 2009 1 in 10 presentations to a Victorian ED for an antidepressant overdose were aged 10-19, in 2018 that increased to just under 1 in 3.
These changes urgently need further investigation in this young population.
Excited to see study on long-term outcomes for ICU patients led by our researchers @zakdoh and Associate Professor Rebecca Kippen with @IntensiveDave in the @australian this week. Read more about the study findings: https://t.co/6cnWTHHRxS
New paper out in PLOS One. As you'd expect survivors of an ICU stay have worse long-term survival than the general population, however, those >70y post-cardiac surgery have BETTER survival...
