Grateful for people who address the needs of their employees. You see, doctors, counselors & mental health advocates can only do so much.We can only bring awareness & assistance when asked. The biggest influence & support around you is your community - family, friends, workplace.
Today, I had 10 excuses not to work out.
I just needed 1 to convince me into it.
Me time. 😂
Just the quiet of my mind, no distractions, no demands. And then went home to cook lunch for my family.😂 That's how a mom rolls.
Just restocked 5 of our best-selling Colourtints (P299 each) on Lazada and Shopee! 100% OF OUR SALES will be donated to #UlyssessPH victims. 🇵🇭 #boycottCOLOURETTEcosmetic
Join me on @gingerarboleda 's GTV as we talk about managing anxiety. It has been extra challenging for moms especially working moms. Worrying about your family's health and their needs 24/7 has left us all frazzled.

Yesterday was #WorldMentalHealthDay and for my #MentalHealth I rested. But I just wanted to send out a quick reminder because the massive changes have pushed people into dark places.
Be kind, understanding and continue to help others.Even strangers. You could be saving their life.
I'm glad we are talking about mental health. This is a much-needed discussion 💙💛
Taking notice of mental health especially in the workplace is very important
Thank you #DigiConOMNI2020
It's okay to rest and fight another day. There will always be an opportunity to pick up where you left off after you have rested. The world always has opportunities for everyone including you. Just have faith.
@PatriciaMalay You'll be surprised. In my experience, it's the big companies who actually don't give a donation to the advocacy when I do mental wellness talks for them. Sometimes they ask for 5,10 talks. It says lot.
There are so many angry posts on Facebook that there are days when I just want to comment "Who hurt you?!" in all of them. Too much hate and anger is draining.
This morning, we had a "Let's Talk" learning session. This is based on the WHO Let's Talk campaign. The learning session discusses mental health, common disorders, challenges, misconceptions and support available for Filipinos.
It was technically challenging this morning.
