6/6. My two cents for founders;
1. Offer value vs discount
2. Establish PMF and than expand
3. Focused approach instead of hyper expansion
4. Build a stronger Product vs complex operations
5. Build right controls for unnecessary overspent, contract negotiation, over-hiring etc.

1/6. Sad to learn about #Airlift closing its operations after 3.5 years of launch. While these are tough times, I want to give a shout out to Usman Gul and team Airlift for playing a pivotal role for Pakistan tech ecosystem.
