@BlakeSNeff This is from Newsmax broadcast back in April this year. This was long before the preliminary hearing and the bullet soft point testimony by the ballistics experts. Why is this a reference point now as if it is a reaction to the testimony but it is not.

@mrddmia This was during her confirmation hearing which I followed closely. Obviously, her positions then and now are inconsistent. The authors of the 14th never envisaged the current scenario of what it means to be an American. Very disappointing!

@mrddmia ACB - The original meaning of the law is fixed at the time of ratification and controls if it is discernible. That means I interpret the Constitution as law whose text has the meaning it had when the people ratified it. What was the original meaning of 14th when it was ratified?

@AndrewKolvet Andrew sometimes comes across as a politician who wants to be all things to all people. Blake worked for Tucker at Fox but he called him out when Tucker made that stupid statement about how Erika became a widow without a shred of evidence, just innuendo.

@NihiloX @TuckerCarlson Erika wrote her own speech at the memorial. Nice of him to raise money for his friend’s widow as others have probably done. It’s still not okay to misrepresent how she became a widow. Not all money is good money. I would return it. That’s just me but who am I?

@RapidResponse47 Trying to drive a wedge between POTUS and JD will not work. I sincerely doubt that JD is going out there to say anything the president disproves of. If you don’t like his message that is by default disagreeing with POTUS.

@DefiyantlyFree I totally understand where you are coming from on this. I felt the same but I was comforted by the fact that he run it by the president and he was ok with it. If that is accurate then I am fine. However, it does not mean I am running back to watching her show. Not happening!

@Osint613 Floridians don’t do well in national elections but I could be wrong. Think of Jeb Bush and DeSantis. Also, being strong on foreign policy has not been a factor in winning elections. Think of Reagan, Carter, Clinton, Bush jr. and Obama. All had little foreign policy experience.

@BiusJanet @EricLDaugh You can find two juries in Alabama that will not find him liable for the same. That is how our system of justice has evolved. You shop for judges and jury that provide a favorable outcome.

@brithume The fails to note how Trump’s control of the senate will rather be strengthened because defeated senators will be replaced by those endorsed by Trump. It turns out Senators due for reelection would be well advised to rally behind his agenda to avoid being Cassidied or Cornyned.
