v4 design is the next step in DeFi. We laid out the map, so navigation is seamless, and we can help more protocols, issuers, and projects get into v4. If you are considering it, reach out
LlamaRisk is hiring a Senior Quantitative Researcher.
The mandate: Lead the R&D team in making risk parameter management on Aave automatable. Turn analyst judgment into methodologies a system can execute at scale, across markets holding billions in deposits.
The surface you'd own:
• Dynamic risk management models (e.g., caps, IR curve, liquidation optimization)
• Stress scenario construction
• Bad debt formation models sitting under all of them
• Aave v4 market design: Hubs, Spokes, Caps, Liquidation Engine
• RWA collateral: tokenized equities, commodities, and the hedging structures that make them workable
• Set the technical bar for R&D output and peer-review it before it ships
• Work with engineering on production-readiness (e.g., data that can actually be surfaced, models cheap enough to run continuously)
Apply if this is you:
Built risk models deployed against real exposure. Deep in probability, stochastic processes, optimization, statistics. Understand lending mechanics and how assets behave under stress. Python and the standard research stack. Have led a small research team. Control theory or reinforcement learning is a real plus.
Remote-first, salary in USD stablecoin, real latitude over the research agenda.
Today, we’re releasing an Economic Report on Tenbin conducted by @LlamaRisk.
The report covers how Tenbin assets are designed to behave under stressed market conditions, and the risk framework built to help them withstand any market turbulence.
The recovery fund has now been reached for the purpose of fully backing rsETH, subject to pending votes, indicative agreements, and successful execution.
100% rebacking of rseth with no haircut
0 bad debt on any aave instances on any chain
No liquidations apart from North Korea
Kumbaya defi energy restored
They’re calling it kulechov mode
One of the best decisions I made this year was canceling the cursor subscription. I was not using it for the last 4-5 months. Antigravity is just better
1/ LlamaRisk is stepping up risk at @aave.
We are expanding our mandate to deliver comprehensive risk coverage across V3, V4, and Horizon- operating as a core pillar of the protocol as it scales into its next phase.
We acknowledge @ChaosLabs' sudden announcement to step down from their @Aave risk mandate.
LlamaRisk has served the Aave ecosystem for the past two years, delivering risk frameworks, parametrization, and quantitative models underpinning all Aave deployments across V3, V4, and Horizon.
We build protocol-owned risk infrastructure on @Chainlink's CRE and serve as the only independent legal and regulatory research capability within the Protocol.
Aave's risk management has never rested on a single point of responsibility. We are fully prepared to fill all operational gaps and will ensure full continuity of risk services.
Over the next week, we will present a detailed proposal, including immediate changes to delegated risk systems, to renew our unwavering commitment to the Aave ecosystem. Aave will win!
LlamaGuard Proof is now live.
Built on the SAVE framework developed by LlamaRisk, it turns financial data into structured, cryptographically signed attestations, anchored onchain and independently verified.

this is actually insane
> be tech guy in australia
> adopt cancer riddled rescue dog, months to live
> not_going_to_give_you_up.mp4
> pay $3,000 to sequence her tumor DNA
> feed it to ChatGPT and AlphaFold
> zero background in biology
> identify mutated proteins, match them to drug targets
> design a custom mRNA cancer vaccine from scratch
> genomics professor is “gobsmacked” that some puppy lover did this on his own
> need ethics approval to administer it
> red tape takes longer than designing the vaccine
> 3 months, finally approved
> drive 10 hours to get rosie her first injection
> tumor halves
> coat gets glossy again
> dog is alive and happy
> professor: “if we can do this for a dog, why aren’t we rolling this out to humans?”
one man with a chatbot, and $3,000 just outperformed the entire pharmaceutical discovery pipeline.
we are going to cure so many diseases.
I dont think people realize how good things are going to get
Dear @PancakeSwap. Looks like you copied our code without asking. It is violation of its license. Not only it is illegal: historically it showed to be unwise for those who did it this way in other regards.
In any case. If you want to enjoy using stableswap without legal problems and to borrow some of our expertise to keep users SAFU - you still can contact us for licensing and collaboration.
being top #1 or at top #10 at https://t.co/qikmA3Ze4e is easy
True work and dedication are being #69. Jokes aside, getting back my quant skills and level throughout this challenge was amazing; unfortunately, I did not have much time to really make the most of only 1-2 weeks of evenings. I wish I can allocate more time to these challenges, they are quite fun!
We're seeking renewal as @CurveFinance's risk provider for 2026–2027.

LlamaRisk team has been immensely helpful for our team to assess any potential risks that Tenbin may be exposed to. They have also helped us make many key protocol decisions along the way.
Looking forward to revolutionize the tokenization space with your support.
Bullish @LlamaRisk
