Just HOW would that work given that the LLC was a wrapper for a NON-PROFIT Dao?

A trading algorithm deployed as a market maker on Binance with, in your own words, the potential to deliver $2.8m a month in fees on behalf of a Non-Profit LLC? 😂

Many investors bought NFAi on the back of the Binance Market-Making "mirage".

Making statements that you KNOW to be untrue, which encourage investors to part with their money is fraud.

You NEVER completed the application.

Why?

In May 2024 you had your last talks with Binance.

In July 2024 the Quant team stopped work on Athena - the alleged Ai-driven, machine-learning, neural-net trading algorithm.

In September (16th) Binance asked you how things were proceeding.

In December they followed up again.
