Jump & Land: Keep it simple.
Plyos don't have to be complicated. Nor should they be feared.

🟢 Then progress to low-intensity plyometrics (bounce & hop)
🟢 Then progress to high-intensity plyometrics (depth jumps & variations)

The four qualities I most admire in a doctor:
1. Humility. (Keep asking opinions.)
2. Empathy. (No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care.)
3. Diligence. (Keep working the problem.)
4. Integrity. (Say what you do, do what you say.)
