It’s crazy how fast time has flown.. from just the two of us in a small space at the beginning. We quickly outgrew it and moved into our current location. Now we have a full team of ZTPC employees and we’re still growing and scaling. Such a wild and rewarding ride so far!

The start of this year at ZTPC has been CRAZY busy, in all the best ways. Q4 really was the calm before the storm. Lucky to have the best clients. We have also been busy building our team here to serve everyone even better!! Excited for what’s ahead… we love the hustle. 💪

Back at the warehouse tomorrow getting shipments out as usual! I spent the snowy weekend by the fire, cooking and baking.. Joel was deep in Claude.. running analytics for the prep center and building some really cool stuff for the business, apparently it lives up to the hype!!

We traded conference rooms for a warehouse and never looked back.
Building a family business we love, growing our team and clients.. just feeling incredibly grateful for where we are today.
I still open my closet and wonder what to do with all my old work clothes… don’t miss them one bit!!

Every morning after getting my kids ready for school, I come to open up the warehouse and have a little time here alone. It’s never lost on me what it took to get here. I used to get to an office at 6:30am and not even see my kids in the morning.  So thankful to my husband for getting us to this point.

I had spent 18 years in a career that early on I called “soul rot” sitting in a cubicle. I just thought you were supposed to suffer through the week and the time off was the time to be happy. But actually enjoying the work and looking forward to the day ahead is something new. Sunday nights aren’t filled with anxiety, but excitement. 

Is this entrepreneur life hard? Yes. I left a big salary that most people would call me crazy for doing. But, I wouldn’t trade this for the world. This leap of faith and this business we created brings us so much fulfillment and purpose. Success and a life well lived is about what gets you out of bed each day excited. I love this business we’ve created, and we’re just getting started. 📈🔥
